Something I wanted to touch on is the infamous slide 9 that was discovered by a fellow researcher, also called Jay, creator of the platform The Mind Sublime, who discovered on Christopher Mellon's webpage an ATIP presentation slide, which included within it some pretty disturbing conclusions. This is what the presentation slide said. The science exists for an enemy of the United States to manipulate both physical and cognitive environments in order to penetrate U.S. facilities, influence decision-makers, and compromise national security. The slide then goes on to list the applications of this science, which includes psychotronic weapons, penetration of solid surfaces, alteration or manipulation of biological organisms, instantaneous sensor disassembly, unique cognitive human interface experiences, and one of the most disturbing and intriguing, anomalies in the space-time construct. Now, this slide, if I'm correct, is essentially saying that a science or technology exists that would allow for the complete and total manipulation of both cognitive and physical environments, including the manipulation of the very fabric of space-time itself. Is that correct? I think that's a pretty fair assessment. Right. So this slide also mentions how the Department of Defense has been involved in similar experiments in the past and has relationships with renowned subject matter experts, finishing off by saying that the DoD controls several facilities where activities have been detected. Now, many credible investigators and government insiders have alluded to the participation of United States Special Forces engaging in psychological warfare, testing operations on U.S. soldiers. Some have even claimed that perhaps these activities were responsible for a portion of the alleged UAP sightings over nuclear facilities and may have been conducted as penetration tests under the purview of a top-secret program. One proponent of this theory is Dr. Jacques Vallée. In fact, he has been a longstanding proponent of this idea in various capacities over the years, hypothesizing that man-made illusions have in fact been behind a number of famous cases over the years, stating further that he has met Special Forces veterans who have admitted as much. In a fairly recent interview, Dr. Jacques Vallée stated that the famous Rendlesham Forest incident which took place in the UK was, quote, simply too similar to other psychological warfare exercises I am familiar with for me to jump to the conclusion that it was a UFO. Now, as I understand it, illusions like this may actually be possible, utilizing, for instance, holography towers and geoparabellic test beds on land that is rich in chromium ore. The idea goes back all the way to World War II, with the successful tactics of psychological warfare against the Germans in the form of phantom armies on the ground and phantom fighter planes in the sky. The concept also stems to things like Operation Blue Beam and even alleged false indication and warnings. Now, you, sir, with both an extensive background in the Special Forces as well as heading up AATIP, would appear to be an ideal candidate to speak on this topic. One may even be forgiven for feeling that you would have a need to know on this. (0:03:29)

Now, with that said, are you aware of any extraterrestrial UAP related tests ever having been perpetrated against the United States military or the civilian population? (0:03:36)

Jacques Vallee は意図的に UFO ファンを騙そうとしている。彼は BAASS の一員として政府の資金を受けている。当然、秘密保持契約で縛られている。

その彼が、Rendlesham/Bentwaters 事件は実は政府の極秘作戦でした…と主張している。秘密保持契約はどうした、Jacques？

Nick Redfern は Jacques Vallee のその主張を真に受けている。つまり、LSD の類を大気中に噴霧して、不審な光体の調査に向かった兵士に幻覚を見せたのだ…というオハナシを信じ込んでいる。

LSD を含め、全ての薬物は

  • 投与量の適正な管理
  • 摂取される人物の薬物治療状況の事前把握
  • 摂取される人物がアレルギーや各種の疾患を抱えていないかどうかの事前チェック
  • 薬剤によるショックの発生の有無の監視

が必要だが、夜中に闇に紛れて大気中に噴霧するような杜撰な方法では不可能。森の中の風向きが変化しただけで濃度は桁レベルで変化する。当然、LSD にも致死量がある。そして致死量は個々人の体調、既往症、アレルギー状況、薬物適合性向などで大きく変化する。

そんな杜撰な作戦に幻覚剤の使用許可をだせる軍医はどこにもいない。まして緊急性のない平時の作戦に。軍では軍医の階級はかなり高いし、その軍医の下す医学的判断を無視して事故を招いたらその指揮官は確実に降格、左遷される。

Antonio Villas Boas の事例に関する Jacques Vallee の同様の主張（*1）はもっと酷い。ヘリから幻覚薬を振り掛けたと主張している。ヘリの強風の真下でトラクターを運転している人間を相手にどうやって適切な LSD 等の投与量を制御するつもりなのか。相手が薬物アレルギーを抱えていないとどうして分かる？ トラクターは LSD まみれになる（LSD を含め、幻覚剤は分子量が大きいから気化しない）から後日、トラクターを共用していた数人も幻覚を体験する筈だが、そんな報告はない。

事前調査なしに深夜（事件の夜、月の光は皆無（*2））、9人も乗り込んだヘリを飛ばして適当な被験者を出たとこ勝負で（開発されて間もない 20m ほど先しか見えない暗視装置だけで）見つけて、幻覚剤を振り掛け、売春婦と性交渉させる、それも他の目撃者が周囲に不在であり、数時間もの間地上でヘリの回転翼を回し続け轟音を撒き散らしても誰にも目撃されてはいけないという厳しい条件付きで。

こんな杜撰な計画を CIA が本当に実行したと Jacques Vallee は主張している。ご丁寧にもその捏造工作の内部文書や CIA による捏造作戦に加担したという証言者まで用意させている。だが、その証言があまりに杜撰なので盛大にボロを出している。

ヘリの航続時間はせいぜい 3時間。トラクターを運転しているのが女や老人、子供だったら（ブラジルでは十分ありうる）売春婦の出番はなくなる。当時の暗視装置で、それもヘリの上からでは地上の人間の年齢や性別の判別は無理。そもそも夜間、暗視装置が効くほどの低空を飛行したら、架線にひっかかって墜落するリスクが高まる。当時、ヘリは開発初期で軍での試験的運用を始めたばかり。夜間飛行などの危険な運用はまだまだ先の話…という段階。9人も搭乗し、性交渉用の部屋まで備えたヘリなどどこにも存在しなかった筈。

誰がどう考えてもありえない計画だが、Jacques Vallee はそれが実行されたと主張し、Nick Redfern は真に受けている。Jacques Vallee の権威は絶大だから、 UFO 研究者は誰も反論していないようだ。

謎解きは 80% まで…という約束なのでこの程度に留める。

Antonio Villas Boas の事例は、前例がなく、後も類例が皆無だと現地の著名な UFO 研究者が断定している。CIA などの実験なら一例だけでは有用なデータにはならない。

8-9人が搭乗可能で、性交渉可能な寝台のおける部屋と、6人がゆったりと待機できる別室を備えたヘリなど当時は存在しなかった。

現在でも基本的にヘリは夜間飛行を避ける。特に低空飛行は極めて危険。1950年代のヘリが真夜中、有視界飛行によって農地を地上数m でトラクターを追跡する…なんて狂気の沙汰。ヘリからの照明だけで、トラクターが耕した凸凹の地面（酷い障害で走れば足を骨折しそうなほどだと Antonio Villas Boas が証言している）に安全に着陸できる保証もない。なお、当日（1957-10-16）は半月だが、02:27 or 03:16 までは月が登っていないので UFO 遭遇時は真っ暗闇。

Luis (Lue) Elizondo is a U.S Army Veteran who served for two decades as a Counter Intelligence & Special Operations Officer for the Department of Defence.

In 2009 he was made the director of one of The Pentagons most clandestine programs, one that would not come to light for another 8 years when in December of 2017 the New York Times published its groundbreaking article that subsequently brought this program out of the shadows, it was called the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program known internally as AATIP, and it’s purpose was the tracking and analysis of UFOs or what is being more commonly referred to by the United States Defence & Intelligence Apparatus as ‘Unidentified Aerial Phenomena’ or UAP.
