当事者ならぬ我々には、どちらの主張が正しいのか、容易には判断が下せないが、SNS 上でもっともらしく批判するだけなら誰にでもできるので、この手の批判が正しい可能性はかなり低い。

Robert Salas が最初に告発した当初から、懐疑派/否定派からのものを含め、この手の批判はあったが大概はまともな批判になっていなかった。

Roberts Salas は ICBM 発射基地の警備責任者のひとり。軽々しく事実を曲げるような人間は軍の周到な適性チェックで弾かれている。Robert Hastings も証言の裏取りをしている筈。

さらに陸軍で非致死的な警備・防御の研究を主導した John Alexander もこういった "Nuke and UFO" 事例について肯定的に言及していた（軍は体面上、世間に公表できないが事実だろう…と述べていた）。つまり、軍の専門家も認めていた。SNS 上で素人や否定派が思いつきで批判するのとは重みが違う。

とはいえ、念の為に記録しておく。

And then he goes on the right, the official count of the alleged UFO incident at Malmstrom Air Force Base involving the shutdown of nuclear missiles is significantly different from your claims. Initially, you claimed that the incident took place at Echo Flight, but later suggested it might have been Oscar Flight after reconsidering the dates and locations of your reported UFO sightings in the area. The difference in the reported duration of the shutdown further complicates the verification of your story. He's full of shit. There was never any UFOs that shut down nuclear missiles. That never happened. And if you believe that happened, go do your research on the guy that claims that happened.
