I was led down the road to realize that this extraterrestrial intelligence or paranormal intelligence, which we identify as extraterrestrial, has extraordinary psychotronic capabilities interacting with our consciousness, as well as electronic capability to interact with our cameras.
I'd like to get to just one or two more vignettes about my work with Misha. We have to leave at 10 o'clock, is that right?
I think it's not our hour.
(1:13:24)
Okay. So, I'm going to go through a series of incidents that happened the following year.
Now, 1994 was very exciting because I had Misha at my side. We had many sightings of UFOs. And one of the things we noticed in October of 1994 was that there seemed to be something strange going on with shooting stars. For people who have done field work, you know that you look at one section of the sky for a few minutes and then you turn your head to another section of the sky.
(1:14:01)
And you get bored and nothing much is happening. Then you turn to another section of the sky. Well, at this date in October of 1994, there wasn't a meteor shower going on but there were a lot of shooting stars that we saw.
I noticed something strange that every time I changed my field of vision, I would see a shooting star. It happened five, six times in a row.
(1:14:28)
It was almost like there was a link between Joe Burks turning his head and I see a shooting star.
So Misha said, you think that's impressive?
He said, it's just happened to me twenty times. Now that very night we had an unusual visual display. The symbol of Seasatty was, and still is, a triangle with three circles on each of the apices.
During that field work where we saw, Misha had twenty plus consciousness related shooting stars displays. During that same night, each one of our team members noticed that there was a very tight, small triangle formed by three small stars just dimly there hovering in the west.
(1:15:15)
And because the symbol of our organization was a triangle, we would be attracted to the triangle. It was just sitting there but we couldn't recognize it as any known constellation.
Small triangle sitting there in the west.
Everyone in the group independently sort of started staring at it. When all seven of us saw it, something remarkable happened.
This thing that had been stationary for several minutes, one of the stars started to move and then the two others chased after it.
(1:15:49)
So this was a memorable field investigation. The following month, it was just Misha and I again.
It was the anniversary of our prolonged three hour interaction with the jumpers. And so, we were kind of romantic, you know, it's our first year anniversary, let's go out and see if they'll give us another great show.
What they did something was even more important.
(1:16:17)
It was the most important episode of field work that I probably will ever have.
(1:16:20)
And that experience became the basis of the virtual experience hypothesis that spells out that one of the mechanisms of contact is this UFO intelligence's ability to create illusion.
We were there that night, November 1994, Veterans Day, and I'm looking to the south, there's this 600 foot prominence called Negri Hill. And I see Misha's looking in the same direction.
And he says, he points to above the hill and he says, there's another one.
(1:16:56)
And I'm looking there and I say, another what?
He says, a shooting star. I said, so what? Well, he just saw one in the exact same location a moment before. And I said, where was it? And I looked down his arm like the barrel of a gun.
And he says, there it is, there it was, and there it is again.
Well, my vision was not as good as it is now because I had cataract surgery subsequently, but I was seeing quite well at the time.
(1:17:28)
And I didn't wear glasses or anything like that. And I did not see it.
I said, well, how many times did you see it?
He said, three times in a row. And my heart starts beating because I realize we're going with this show and tell.
And they're showing us what they can do.
And I said, were each of those shooting stars or quote, alleged shooting stars, were they the same?
(1:17:50)
He says, yeah. Same length of arc? Yeah. Same angle of descent? Yeah. Same color? Yeah. It was like, if you go to the planetarium, they have Zeiss projectors that simulate shooting stars, you know.
It's on a loop. They just show again and again a shooting star.
It was not a natural phenomenon.
So I say to Misha, I said, well, ask them to show me.
(1:18:12)
He says, show Dr. Burks. Like that.
In the exact location that he described, three shooting stars.
I see another one.
I go, wow. And I asked him, was that like the other three you saw?
He said, yeah. He said, just like it.
I said to them, okay.
You know, let's do it again. He says, okay.
Show Joe. Instantly, the shooting star display appears, just like the one that I had seen, and the four others that he had witnessed. Same length of arc, same angle, same location, same color.
(1:18:49)
Now my heart's really beating.
This is a show time.
And they're showing us how they can interact with our consciousness to create a shooting star visual display that doesn't represent an object, but is something that one person can see and one does not.
It's directed at the individual.
Now I'm really getting excited.
I don't know what's out there, and I feel kind of foolish.
(1:19:17)
I start talking to the lights. You know, there's nobody there but us.
Middle of the desert. And I say, you know, we have this thing called coincidence on planet Earth, and people will say, you know, well, two shooting stars in a row doesn't really mean that much. You know, maybe you're mistaken.
(1:19:31)
Could you please give us one more?
And there was a pause, like a pregnant pause, like to say, don't you know that we're doing this?
The other ones had been like this.
And I waited three seconds, five seconds, finally ten seconds.
Okay, here it is.
Three in a row.
So what is the significance?
The significance is that the UFO, the ET spacecraft, is not out there firing chunks of ice in the outer atmosphere at the one after another after another to create a visual, you know, display that looks exactly like the previous one as they move with the rotation of the planet and put it, line it up with our line of sight.
(1:20:13)
They have the technology to create visual displays that one person sees and one person does not.
Now, if they can do that with shooting stars, what's going to stop them from doing them? Saucers. They can do it with triangles, globes.
This is an amazing example of their sigh capability.
For decades, debunkers have pointed the fact that during field investigations, some people see things and some people don't. The obvious answer to the debunkers is, well, he's hallucinating. These are not hallucinations. From a medical point of view, hallucination is a pathological condition.
(1:20:50)
It comes from poisoning, LSD, toxic state, sepsis.
That's a hallucination.
GDTs. This is a visual display that is an illusion.
So, that's the basis of what I call the virtual experience hypothesis.
And this is, of course, bad news for some people because if you say... I know this group is no longer associated with MUFON, so I won't be offending anyone when I say that MUFON, for decades, for over 50 years now, has investigated flying saucer reports where they take down in minute detail about the characteristics of the alleged objects.
(1:21:36)
What if some of those objects, maybe most, are not real objects but are visual displays in order to alert us to the presence of an unseen intelligence but not necessarily an extraterrestrial one?
My impression is that the people who are attracted to do this work are already known experiencers.
Or they are experiencers but they do not know it.
And this was driven home to me in a number of ways.
(1:22:05)
So, it's like in Hollywood. It's not what you know, your advanced meditation technique.
It's like in Hollywood. If you want to get a good job, they say it's not what you know, it's who you know. If you want to get a job as an actor, you've got to know some director.
And in the contact work, if you want to have high-level contacts in sightings, having a prime contactee or people who have had multiple contact experiences on your team, they're the draw. It's the people that are important rather than the technique.
