One morning Renato Longato (a repeat witness), decided to travel alone to Chosica. From there he went to a location called 'Cocachacra' located near the River Rimac. He walked around and collected stones to relax. Suddenly the area around him seemed to change, all animal noises ceased, the wind stopped and Renato seemed to find himself within a vacuum or "bubble." Total silence ensued and according to Renato "time seemed to stand still."
Then a light suddenly appeared which slowly seemed to coalesce into a compact homogenous form. In the center of this light, a sort of vertical line began to vibrate, first slowly and then at high speed. Moments after, a humanoid figure appeared. This figure was about six feet tall and was standing about twenty meters from Renato. This figure seemed to float just above the ground and never touched it. The area around Renato was suddenly charged with a vibrating energy like that of a dynamo.
The entity or humanoid had delicate gray-silver hair, strong cheeks, and "hypnotic eyes," it also had long arms almost reaching his knees. The entity which seemed to exude harmony and respect lifted his right arm in a greeting-like gesture, succeeding in calming Renato's nerves. Renato additionally described the entity as human-like and wearing a silvery-pearl uniform, with belt and with unknown engravings on each shoulder area.
Feeling extremely calm at this point, Renato suddenly heard a voice in his mind, "We have been watching you, keep doing what you are doing. We will be in contact." The figure then suddenly vanished and everything seemed to return to normal. Renato then looked up to the sky and saw a brilliant lenticular-shaped craft flying behind the mountains.
Once the object was gone, the whole area returned to its normal state.

Now per Renato, she was quite beautiful. She had pale skin, blonde hair, pristine green almond-shaped eyes, and a tender smile. Renato instantly felt a complete peace with her. He felt like she knew everything about him, like he was an open book to her. She walked up to him, stood very close, placed her right hand on her forehead, and began to speak to him telepathically. And she said, What you need to do, Renato, is use your mind. (1:07:09)

Finally, he decided to take action. It was around 11 a.m. on March 15, 1985, that he found himself in a place called Coca Chakra. This is in Chosika, Peru. But after a half an hour waiting for something to happen, nothing did. So he decided to leave. And as soon as he made that decision, this is when his experience began. As Renato says, I saw in the distance in front of me this glowing arc of energy. A shivering light pulsing. And it became stronger. (1:09:24)
The wind stopped blowing. The birds stopped singing. The leaves, the branches, everything stopped for a moment. I felt like I was inside a bubble. Time seemed to stand still. (1:09:31)
In that moment, a human-like being popped out of the light. I was in shock. I almost fainted. Renato realized that this being was not a normal human. And he became absolutely overwhelmed with fear. Wondering if he was about to be taken, abducted. Would they be friendly? He says this being was very tall, about six feet three inches, very athletic, strong, broad shoulders, very long arms, reddish hair. (1:10:07)
And it was wearing a gray metallic silver uniform. So this being walks towards Renato, almost seeming to glide or float towards him. Renato started to tremble and shake in fear. But the man raised his left hand and said, I will not hurt you. Relax. At this point, Renato could feel the man's aura of friendliness. (1:10:27)
And he immediately calmed down. The man said, don't worry. I came here to give you a message. In fact, the man gave Renato a name and said, this is your name. This is like a mantra for you. Again, he was training very hard to work on his psychic abilities. So he believes this is what the being was talking about. And this being continued to talk and said, you have to continue what you're doing. We're going to be in touch with you. And you have to practice with this new name that you have. And when he finally got it right, Renato would feel this energy coming through his solar plexus. This whole meeting lasted a good 10 minutes. And then this being raised his hand, gave his name, told Renato where he was coming from and said, we're going to be in contact with you.
