They do see a lot of these, though, and these are kind of ubiquitous with the cattle mutilation phenomenon, is the mystery helicopter. Tom Adams, who I showed a picture of before, wrote a small book called The Choppers and the Choppers, which lists out 350 helicopter reports in and around mutilation sites. (0:50:47)

So for every UFO or weird light that's seen, there's dozens of helicopter sightings that have been seen in other cases. So, you know, when Linda and some of the proponents of the alien theory talk about UFOs, they never mention that dozens and dozens of cases of helicopters you could find for every single UFO type report. And another thing that she doesn't talk about is that there have been dozens and dozens of mutilations where the animals have been killed with gunshots. (0:51:16)

Now I'm not sure, correct me if I'm wrong, but aliens don't hurl small pieces of lead at hypersonic or subsonic velocities, to my knowledge. Anybody ever hear of an alien shooting a gun? When I asked Linda about all the helicopter sightings, when I invited her to be a part of my book, which I invited all the investigators who are still living, many of us are dead, and some mysteriously too, I might add, she said, well, I said, well, what about the helicopters? And she said, well, those are just UFOs pretending to be helicopters. (0:51:47)

And of course, I said, well, kind of Occam's razor, Linda, you don't need to make it more complicated than it is. I had a sheriff and two deputies that, you know, they almost brought one of the helicopters down with their 30-06s in their sidearms. They said it started smoking and making clanking noises, and they doubted that it was able to get back to Fort Carson, where it seemed to be headed. (0:52:15)

So, you know, I beg to differ. You know, and again, I do owe Linda a great debt of gratitude for, you know, scarfing up all my cases for about six years and, you know, training me to interview people correctly. But you can't argue with now over 400 helicopter sightings in and around mutilation sites. That's in this country. In England, it's even more. It throws the number up. (0:52:38)

We've had some oddball cases. We had a truck driver in Kansas driving along, and he saw a creature that resembled this on the back of a cow. It had something coming out of its... a tube coming out of its head, and it was sucking up fluid from the back of the neck of the cow, and it freaked him out so bad he became a devout Christian and became a minister.
