要旨​

Peter Levenda によると、ロシア政府の文書から

  1. ロシア 政府/軍 は UFO と手話で対話を試み、UFO が応答した
  2. 大規模のな軍事作戦の場面に出現することが多いので、それを装うことで UFO の召喚に成功

が明らかになったという。1 については(*1)を連想させる。2 についてはかなり昔の過去記事で取り上げた筈だが見当たらない(*2)。

この、パプアニューギニアの事例やロシアの事例の謎は、

によって、その謎の大部分は解けるのではないか。つまり、

  • パプアニューギニアの事例でもロシアの事例でも、何も奇妙なことは見ていない人間が現場にいたのではないか？
  • それらの何も体験しなかった人物や、面白味のない証言は軽視され無視されただけではないのか？

同じことは Arial school 事件についても言え、Arial school 事件では 60余名の児童が UFO を目撃し集まってきたが、 4名ほどの児童以外は ET を見ていない。

And they responded. According to Russian government documents, there was a kind of a communication set up between the two of them. In our case, we just want to blow them out of the sky. But in Russia, they said, well, we can't. They show up. I mean, maybe they're American. That was the first reaction of the Russians. Maybe these are American craft, drones that are sent to spy on us. But the technology was out of sight. So they began to warm up to the idea this was something else. How do we deal with this? Is this a threat? What if we just say hi? What happens? What if we just say hello and not try to shoot them out of the sky? And when do they show up? We can plot when they show up, the Russians said. (00:28:07)

Every time you do a big military maneuver, they show up. (00:28:11)

So, okay, let's fake it. Let's fake a big military maneuver and see what happens. And sure enough, they would show up. That told us a couple of different things. One, they didn't know it was a fake military maneuver. Right? Well, how come they didn't know that? They seem to know everything else, right? Or maybe they did know that and they're just playing along. (00:28:32)

We got to follow this further. More experimentation needs to be done. But they did show up. You could plot it. You could make them show up. Are we aware of that here? Is our establishment aware of that? Can they make these things show up? Maybe they can. Maybe you send a couple of destroyers or a couple of aircraft carriers out into the Pacific somewhere and fly around and see what happens, see if they show up, right? (00:28:57)

What attracts them? Are we in the beginning of understanding a kind of a relationship with them, a symbiotic relationship with this phenomenon?
