Project Bluebook の元責任者の証言：海軍高官が異星人とテレパシーで対話、その場に UFO が出現 ⇒ この謎を推測する

はじめに​

古い UFO ドキュメンタリー動画をあまり期待もせずに眺めていたら、かなり衝撃的でしかも信憑性が高い事件が取り上げられていたので紹介する。UFO が出現した時、レーダー画面の 1/4 が何も映らなくなっていた事が確認されたという。

下の動画では初期の UFO 事例が多数、取り上げられているが、下で紹介するのはその中の一つだけに絞った。

29:27 ごろからこの事件について Robert Friend 本人がその事件のあった現場に赴いて証言している。

問題の事件が起きたのは1969年。異星人と交信できると主張するメイン州（米国）在住のある女性を（海軍の？）事務所に招き、その場には二人の海軍将校も彼女に合うためにやってきていた。

その女性は自動書記で異星人と通信するというコンタクティだった。彼女はトランス状態になり、将校が彼女が知るはずもないような技術的な質問を行った。彼女はやすやすと正解し、異星人からテレパシーで正解を教えて貰っているように見えた。

次に、トランス状態の彼女と交信している異星人が、司令官（commander）の階級を持つ将校に直接、通信したいと申し出た。司令官はその申し出を承諾し、彼もトランス状態に入った。

そして、第三次世界大戦が起きるかどうかという質問に対し、司令官は起きないと答えた。その回答が真実であるという根拠を示すように要求したところ、司令官はこの窓に来てごらんと答えた。

一同が窓に集まると、外の上空には UFO が見えた。その UFO が本物かどうかを確認するために、地元の地上レーダー施設に連絡してみたら、レーダーのモニタ画面の 1/4が真っ暗になっていたという。

（この事件の後日に）Robert Friend の目の前で、この司令官が自動書記によって先の事件の時の宇宙人の名前を書いた。その名前は CRLLL, ALOMAR そして AFFA で彼らの出身は天王星だという。

Robert Friend はこの事件を詳しく書類（その中には先の司令官を含め、当事者の名前も記載さている）で報告した。だが内容があまりに信じがたいとしてこの報告は無視された。

コメント​

動画での Robert Friend の発言を聞く限り、この事件が起きた時には Robert Friend はその場（たぶん海軍の事務所）には居なかったようだ。後日、この事件の詳細を報告する会議に Robert Friend が招かれて参加した当事者たちから詳しく内容を聞き、報告書にまとめたというのが経緯のようだ。

この事件で出現した UFO やテレパシーで応答してきた異星人は実在の UFO/異星人ではなく、コンタクティの女性が引き起こした（歪曲仮説的な意味での）超常現象…という事を強く示唆しているようだ。なにせ天王星に異星人がいるはずはないのだから。

今現在、ロシアがウクライナに介入しているし、中国も周辺各国に盛んに手を出しているが、この異星人によれば第三次世界大戦は起きないという。なので安心されたし…w

はじめに​

直後の記事でも取り上げたが、Grant Cameron はこの事件を講演やインタビュー、Blog 動画などで頻繁に取り上げ、「Frances Swan が ET とテレパシーで対話した時、 ET が窓の外を見よと告げ、その場にいた CIA や海軍の関係者が窓の外を見ると UFO が出現したのを目撃した」と語っている。

だが この時、窓の外に UFO は出現しなかった…という文章を見かけたので記録しておく。

Affa

Affa first appeared in 1952 among the extra-terrestrials who communicated to a small Prescott, Arizona, occult group headed by George Hunt Williamson. Affa, identified as being from the planet Uranus, first spoke through automatic writing, then later allegedly by radio, warning of threats to Earth by evil humans and menacing aliens from the “Orion Solar Systems.”

Affa later surfaced in automatic-writing communications to Frances Swan of Eliot, Maine, beginning in 1954. Mrs. Swan’s Affa, like Williamson’s, did his communicating from a giant Uranian spaceship. Affa urged Swan to alert the United States Navy so that it could receive his radio messages. Swan told her neighbor, retired navy Adm. Herbert B.

Knowles, about Affa’s request. Knowles, a UFO enthusiast, sat in on a writing session and addressed questions to Affa. Impressed by the answers, he wrote the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), which on June 8 sent two officers to Swan’s house. They also asked questions of Affa, who promised a radio transmission at 2 P.M. on June 10. When none came, ONI lost interest and turned the letters over to the navy’s Bureau of Aeronautics. John Hutson, a security officer, was curious enough to fly up to Eliot for two days in late July. On his return he spoke with an FBI agent, but the agency chose not to pursue the matter.

In the summer of 1959 navy Commander Julius Larsen, an ONI liaison officer to the CIA’s Photographic Intelligence Center in Washington, DC, stumbled upon a file on the incident. Larsen, a navy pilot who harbored a private fascination with spiritualism, called on Swan and Knowles. At one point Larsen tried automatic writing and believed he had communicated with Affa, though Swan insisted he had not contacted her Affa.

Back in Washington Larsen talked with Center Director Arthur Lundahl and Lundahl’s assistant, Lt. Cmdr. Robert Neasham, a navy officer. In their presence Larsen entered a trance state and supposedly contacted Affa while Lundahl and Neasham peppered him with questions. At one point, challenged to prove his existence, Affa replied, “Go to the window.” Lundahl saw nothing but clouds, though Neasham seemed convinced that a spaceship was hiding in them. Neasham would also claim that radar operators at Washington National Airport told him that that particular portion of the sky was mysteriously “blocked out.” No independent evidence supported that allegation.

Neasham notified Major Robert Friend, head of the air force’s UFO-investigative agency, Project Blue Book. For Friend’s benefit Larsen even related telepathic messages from Affa and other space people, but the aliens refused his request for a flyover. Friend wrote a memo on the episode and sent it to his superiors. Nothing further was done. The incident remained buried in Pentagon, FBI, and CIA files until the early 1970s, when Friend shared his notes with UFO historian David M. Jacobs. Subsequently, some exaggerated accounts of the episode were published in the UFO literature, a few even claiming that the CIA itself had communicated with extraterrestrials.

Jerome Clark がどういう立場（ガリガリの UFO 否定派 or 肯定派）か把握していないし、彼の書いた上の文章の信頼度も未知数なので、こういう反対意見もある…という意味で記録しておく。

この事件の謎を推測する。

この事件の謎を推測する​

この事件の本質は、UFO 事件でも ET とのテレパシーによる対話事件でもなく、

  • 19世紀に流行した降霊会の現代版

だと言える。

霊的交流の相手が従来の死者や守護霊に替わって、天王星にいる ET という設定になっただけ。降霊会では死者の手が顕現したり、用意したラッパが空中を舞ったりするが、同じことが窓の外の UFO（の幻影）として顕現した。

「こっくりさん」や Ouija Board でもそうだが、降霊会の参加者が「霊」に取り憑かれることは、ままあるが、この事件でも参加者の元・司令官が取り憑かれた。

なお、降霊会の機序は

  • 参加者が降霊会という儀式によって特殊な意識状態を誘発させ、
  • 自己催眠と共鳴認知によって同様の幻覚（死者の魂との交流）を共有し、
  • 稀に ESP 現象が伴い、
  • 霊媒は、共鳴認知の能動的能力（＝近くの人間に幻覚を引き起こさせる触媒的能力）が高く、これが仏教でいう通力(*1)に相当する

…このように私は推測している。

たとえば、釈尊の 2大弟子のひとり、モッガラーナ（目犍連）は通力の能力に優れていたとされる。

モッガラーナのように生得的に通力（＝共鳴認知の能動的能力）を持つ人間はごく稀で、普通は素質の他に過酷な修行が要求される。釈尊本人でさえ、修行の末に通力を得た。その通力を示すことで大勢の弟子ができた（例：ウルヴェーラ・カッサパとの通力比べの伝承）。

舌先の説法や仏教学者の言う「人格的影響力」だけでは大勢の弟子はついてこない。

その過酷な修行の末に、仏教の修行僧が通力を得るのも、修験道の行者が験力を得るのも、過酷な修行によって脳にダメージが蓄積し、それが ESP 能力や通力という「バグ」を生じさせるのだろう。

abductee が身の周りの電子機器を故障させる「通力」(*2)がつくのも、脳のバグという同じ機序に沿っている筈。

バグという表現で明らかなように、私は ESP/通力 をプラスの能力だとは捉えてない。ESP/通力 は脳神経系の誤動作であり、全体としてみれば、マイナスでしかない…そう判断している。

A series of episodes were to take place that, up until the airing of this program, were not public knowledge. The events were so bizarre that it's hard to conceive they happened to individuals associated with such no-nonsense organizations as the Office of Naval Intelligence and the CIA. This man is retired Lieutenant Colonel Robert Friend, U.S. Air Force, and former head of Project Blue Book. Friend, now in the management station, which builds and launches missiles for defense testing purposes, Friend now relates this most unusual experience. (0:29:44)

It was 1959 when I was invited to attend a briefing in the security portion of this building. It seems a retired rear admiral had information about a woman in Upper Maine that purported to have established contact with extraterrestrial beings. Two naval intelligence officers were sent to investigate. The naval officers met with the woman, and she went into a trance, supposedly to establish contact with the purported extraterrestrials. And then they asked her scientific and technical questions that a woman of her education could not possibly know the answers to. Yet, as the questions were put to her, she was able to answer easily with seeming telepathic help from these purported extraterrestrials. According to the report, she indicated there was an organization, OEEV, which meant Universal Association of Planets. And that organization had a project, UENZA, meaning Earth, which was being conducted. (0:30:46)

Then an unexpected turn took place. One of the naval officers was informed by the woman that they, the extraterrestrials, were willing to answer questions directly through him, a naval commander and intelligence officer with no prior experience in telepathic communication. He took over and attempted to write down the answers to questions put to him by his fellow naval officer. The word traveled back quickly to Washington officials and the very skeptical CIA. Nevertheless, there was no reason to totally disbelieve the report of this highly respected navy commander. (0:31:22)

Questions were put to him, such as, do you favor the government, religious group, or race, and would there be a third world war? (0:31:32)

The answer to both was no. The group then asked if they could see a spaceship. And the commander, still in a trance, told them to go to the window and they would have proof. The group moved to the window where they supposedly observed a UFO. I was told that a call was made for radar confirmation. The reply came back that that particular quadrant of the area was blanked out on radar at the time. (0:32:01)

After being briefed on all of the details, I asked the commander if he would attempt to contact me. He sat for several minutes and then appeared in a deep trance with his Adam's apple moving up and down rapidly. Questions were put to him and he answered them by printing in rather large letters using rapid but jerky motions. It wasn't at all like his natural hand. (0:32:28)

During the course of the questioning, we learned the names of some of the so-called extraterrestrials. One was Krill, C-R-L-L-L, another Alomar, A-L-O-M-A-R, and another Affa, A-F-F-A, purportedly from the planet Uranus. A case that just as well could have been written by a very imaginative science fiction writer. But here in my hand is the actual account of the incident by one of the agents present at that time.
